Where it all started!
Below is a picture of my grandfather (my nonno) Pasquale Centauro who shares my name. On the back is my father Giovanni. My family is from a beautiful Italian town called Busso and the techniques of authentic Italian cuisine have been passed down in my family for many generations.
2009 “Dolce” Restaurant
My first restaurant Dolce was a traditional Italian Kitchen and Pizzeria.
From many years of hard work to create the Dolce brand and authentic restaurant we were awarded many awards ranging from Best Newcomer Restaurant 2010 to Back-to-Back awards from Trip Advisor.
We had the privilege of hosting some incredible guests and hold amazing events and memorable times. This allowed me to create my new avenue of mobile catering for events.
2019 Aroma Italia
I started my Aroma Italia pizza van following the desire to bring the taste of authentic Italian pizza to events and celebrations.
To ensure authenticity, I installed a wood-fired oven in my van and I only use the best ingredients.
These details make all the difference in creating a truly delicious pizza experience, just like my nonno used to make it.
